Program Manager m/f/d
Job Description
We are seeking a Programme Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects for a single technology-driven customer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills and the ability to drive successful business outcomes for our key customer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Strategic Account Manager and interact on a regular basis with our largest USA based SEMI OEM customer. Understand the needs, expectations, and business objectives of our strategic SEMI OEM customer. Maintain effective communication and manage customer relationships
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, for multiple projects. Ensure development and business improvement projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with customer projects and product delivery. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues
- Working with the relevant stakeholders in the business ensure that all projects and products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and the customer. Maintain comprehensive customer project and reporting documentation
- Conducting market analyses, processing customer feedback and monitoring technological developments and applications
- Collect market information and report to company periodically
- Communicate with overseas Sales & Services team and work together with local members of the business unit team to provide professional solution to customer
Qualifications
- Master degree, majoring in Physics, Mechanical or Electronics related
- Fluency in written and oral English
- Excellent relationship building and excellent communication skills customers
- Have related sales experience and vacuum knowledge
- Be able to travel in high frequency
- Have a smart mind to set up developing strategies for sales promotion
- At least 5 years of SEMI/Vacuum or semi-fab related product sales experience
- A deep understanding of SEMI industry is preferred
- Highly motivated, creative, self-responsible and result oriented
- Positive attitude and excellent persuasion and decision-making skills
