Als Team Lead Embedded Software übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle an der Schnittstelle von Physik, Hardware, Firmware und Systemarchitektur. Du prägst nicht nur unsere heutige Embedded-Landschaft, sondern legst die technologische Basis für die nächste Produktgeneration.   Du definierst und verantwortest die Embedded-Software-Architektur über mehrere Produktlinien hinweg Du führst ein erfahrenes Embedded-Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und entwickelst es gezielt weiter Du gestaltest robuste, wartbare und skalierbare Firmware-Plattformen für langlebige Industrieprodukte Du arbeitest eng mit Hardware-, System- und Produktverantwortlichen zusammen, um komplexe physikalische Systeme in stabile Embedded-Lösungen zu übersetzen Du vertrittst Embedded Software in globalen INFICON-Gremien und entwickelst gemeinsam mit internationalen Counterparts (u. a. ISS, LDT) funktionale und technologische Strategien Du bist aktiver Treiber unserer agilen Weiterentwicklung: pragmatisch, wirksam und mit Fokus auf Lieferfähigkeit    

Job Description Develop and improve Pirani vacuum gauges Contribute to and lead technology studies and R&D development projects Provide technical expertise and application support within the organization Monitor patents and technological developments Perform multiphysics simulations (e.g., COMSOL) to understand and optimize sensor behavior Design and conduct verification and validation tests Support product lifecycle management and controlled product changes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including electronics, production, and product management Meet with customers to understand application needs and discuss solutions with a customer-centric focus Participate in conferences, workshops, and panel discussions to represent INFICON and exchange knowledge with the scientific community
