Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join our Fund Managers team. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of the financial industry and demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in data management.
As an Operation Specialist within Fund Managers, your primary responsibilities will include:
Supporting the multifaceted day-to-day management of the operational fund business of LGT fund Managers FL (AG);
Collaborating with internal and external service providers, acting as a key point of contact for data management and various day-to-day issues;
Participating in projects and contributing to a diverse range of business management activities;
Defining and coordinating additional business requirements for new processes and data;
Supporting the data quality framework and driving the improvement of quality of data.
Requirements
A University degree or a commercial apprenticeship with further education;
At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry;
Strong analytical skills with an interest in analyzing business processes, data flows, and defining/implementing data management concepts;
High IT affinity and proficiency of Excel;
Excellent command of English; with knowledge of German being a plus;
High sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
