The ideal candidate plays a key role in the overall operations of the organization, ensuring that all books and records are kept current. It involves taking initiative for data entry and maintenance of the company's ledgers and periodic reports. The accountant works closely with the Accounting and Payments team members and reports to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities Preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and bookkeeping-related matters Provide support and ensure annual audit processes adhere to set timelines Preparation and review of annual financial statements of large number of entities Support to enable workflow management for accounting and payment process with the accounting software from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (former Navision)

The role will report to the Head of Investment Administration and is based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. Your responsibilities: Coordinating investment recommendations and advice between investment advisors, legal advisors, decision-makers and funds. Documenting investment decisions, either by way of minutes of meetings or written resolutions. Preparation of subscription, redemption and other investment materials in liaison with legal, tax and investment advisors as well as fund counsel and fund administrators. Developing familiarity with world-class wealth preservation structures, evolving due diligence regulations and addressing ongoing KYC requests from external parties. Administering the annual tax compliance process in certain jurisdictions with the support of professional tax advisors. Participation in special projects such as jurisdictional transfer of assets, secondary sales of portfolios, restructuring, etc. Opening and maintaining of accounts with banks and other financial institutions. Ongoing filing of investment materials in a Document Management System. Understanding and adhering to internal governance, policy and procedural documents.

Your responsibilities: Maintenance and filing of statutory documents for entities/ trusts in various jurisdictions in the Document Management System (“DMS”). Liaising with legal counsel, registered agents or regulatory authorities in different jurisdictions for: - regulatory filings or updates to be made - the incorporation, dissolution or re-domiciliation of entities - filing and updating beneficial ownership registers Assistance with the preparation of forms for filing with regulators in Singapore. Providing annual support with external audits, including agreed upon procedures. Maintaining updated KYC documentation. Maintenance of organizational and structural charts. Preparation of New Entity Checklists. Maintenance of the compliance calendar and providing timely regulatory and structural updates to team. Preparation of resolutions for routine corporate actions. Performing routine resolution control by ensuring that resolutions which have been logged are duly signed, dated and filed in DMS. Coordinating meetings of directors, shareholders and committees. Minuting of meetings of directors, shareholders and committees. Arranging for signing of documentation ancillary to the above.

Partner Relations and Oversight : Cultivate strong relationships with data processing partners, offering guidance and support to enhance information management, security, and privacy. Ensure seamless alignment between the company's IT infrastructure and our partners’ systems for efficient data exchange and collaboration. Organizational Leadership and Partner Cooperation : Lead the organization and its partners in a cooperative and innovative manner to align technology strategies for the benefit of the overall structure. Create an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and shared success. Project Management : Supervise all IT-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the organization's requirements.

Responsibilities Responsibility for the receipt of invoices by post and email, as well as prompt communication and coordination with banks, lawyers, tax consultants and other service providers Preparation of payment transactions including reviewing of contracts, checking previous payments, entering invoices in the accounting system, preparation of legal documents and organization of signatures as well as obtaining payment approvals Processing of foreign and domestic payment transactions and bank transfers in the banking portal Control and execution of foreign currency transactions Assistance with the account reconciliations and cash flow management Ensure all entity records are maintained, accurate and filed e.g. constitutional documents, share register and resolutions Collaboration on improvement projects for payment process automation
