At Hamilton Medical India, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, events, and partner engagement within the healthcare industry.
Manage and execute social media activities (content planning, posting, monitoring)
Coordinate and distribute newsletters and email campaigns
Support planning and execution of team and partner events
Assist in organizing exhibitions and congresses, including booth coordination
Develop and adapt marketing creatives (invites, banners, digital assets)
Manage vendor coordination for marketing activities and events
Track and manage leads and CRM updates
Stakeholder management
That’s what you bring along:
Background or exposure to the healthcare/medical industry preferred
Basic experience in social media management
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with different stakeholders
Experience in vendor management is a plus
